When you arrange your first appointment you will be encouraged to tell us if you have any special needs.
We welcome wheelchair user patients at the surgery, but there may be circumstances where a home visit is desirable, we will do our best to help.
Every effort is made to ensure that patients are happy with all aspects of their treatment and our service.
If for any reason you are unhappy with the treatment or service you have received there is a complaints procedure in place.

Some people suffer with a deep-seated anxiety about dentistry; we understand and would like to help, please discuss your fears with us.
We are open six days a week from 9 in the morning, and have two late evenings when we stay open till 8pm.
Certain "premium" times are allocated to private patients only. Lunchtimes we close between 12:30 and 13:30
All procedures within the practice comply with current best practice guidelines regarding cross infection.
All instruments are washed in a special machine, and sterilised in an autoclave between every use.
Disposable items are used wherever possible.
We follow the current guidelines relating to health and safety as well as complying with COSHH and dental radiation safety protocols.
